When your body has a significant amount of cosmic energy or universal energy in your body, the flow of blood in your veins gradually escalates, and due to which the energy of your body boost-up so much. You always feel energetic. Due to cosmic energy, your memory power, intelligence, and understanding power increase so much. All the great people in the world have used this cosmic energy, when someone does any great work, that person is not doing that work, in fact, the cosmic energy behind him do that work. If you have cosmic energy inside you, your brain itself will make you successful because this cosmic energy lies in your subconscious mind. The main power in your subconscious mind is your cosmic energy.

This energy varies from person to person, so some people take advantage of it and do everything in a much accomplished and better way while others even after using lots of technology and tricks do not get success easily. When this power grows in you, the power to attract something inside you, the power to manifest anything, the power to attract anything escalates. Maybe some people may find this power to be false facts, people may also believe that nothing like this happens, but this is scientifically proven that you can get a lot from the power of thinking. Quantum Physics says if you think about something deeply, a kind of waves emerge out from you which travel to the universe and that thing starts attracting in your lives. Some people may also say that if the waves emerge out, then why we can't see them?  We have never seen that!.. Does air exits? you will say yes it exists. Have you seen it with your eyes? Your answer will be no. When you talk on mobile, your voice converts to electrical radio waves and travel from one phone to another. Have anyone seen those waves? the simple answer is no, no one has seen those waves but those waves really do exist. There are many things in this world which you cannot see from your five senses, there are some rays such as UV rays, Gamma rays which exist but we do not see them.

In the name of motivation, everyone says... set the goal, do this or that but no one says how to do this? When you have to do everything with your mind and in the future also you have to do all the works with your mind, so when your mind does not support you, how will you set your goals and how will you accomplish your dreams? I do not say that these motivational things are wrong, they are also right, but they only tell you what to do but they do not tell you how to do it? you have to strengthen your mind so that through the power of your mind you can control your body as well as other things in your life. If you increase your cosmic energy, you will never need any motivation. 

The way to increase your Cosmic energy is called the SPINAL CORD ENERGY VISUALIZATION. Your body has 7 chakras from upper to lower that means from the top point of your head to the last point of your spinal cord. Your first chakra lies to the head-top of your brain and the seventh chakra lies to the ending tip point of your spinal cord, your energy actually lies in your seven chakras which are known as Kundalini chakras. You have to uplift this energy from the last point of your spinal cord to the head-top of your brain. The more you practice, the more this energy will rise, and the more this energy rises, the more cosmic energy inside you will increases. If you do this for only five minutes, then your cosmic energy will continue to increases day by day. You have to sit in a cross pose and visualize that energy with the help of thought. Visualization means deeply thinking. Focusing on your spinal cord and imagining that energy is rising up. Sit comfortably and focus on the point at the bottom of your spinal cord that means concentrate on your seventh chakra and think that the energy is rising through an energy ball and blast on your seventh chakra. Focus on your 7th chakra again. Think of energy as an energy ball, bring it up, and blast it by bringing it on the head top chakra.

 Every day do this for 5 minutes, after practicing some weeks you will start feeling the energy in your spine. you will be able to fully sensitize that energy is rising up. when you start to feel this, it means the cosmic energy is entering your body is gradually increasing. Do this for five minutes daily and in two-three weeks you will feel warm energy with sensation in your spinal cord. You will feel much change in your life like sharp memory, high intelligence, confidence, strong physical health and so much other. You will get what you want because at that time your body will have been filled with Cosmic energy and your power to attract anything will have increased a lot, there is a ninety-nine percent chance of getting what you desire.
